秦含章先生 Mr. Qin Hanzhang
秦含章，112歲世紀(jì)老人，歷經(jīng)晚清、北洋、民國、新中國四個(gè)年代，是我國酒界、釀造界共奉的”一代宗師、酒界泰斗”，釀酒業(yè)的精神豐碑，中國食品與發(fā)酵工業(yè)的奠基人。 「學(xué)貫中西，報(bào)效祖國；大國匠心，中國酒魂； 一代宗師，著作等身；致敬泰斗，百年傳承」
Mr. Qin Hanzhang, a 112-year-old man of the centenarian, has lived through four history periods: the late Qing Dynasty, the Beiyang Government era, the Republic of China era and Chinese economic reform era. He is a spiritual monument of the brewing industry and the founder of the Chinese food and fermentation industry. He was praised as the founder and the master of Chinese alcohol. 仙秦薈 - 秦含章酒文化體驗(yàn)中心，位于北京二環(huán)之內(nèi)、京城龍脈之上。是以展示、體驗(yàn)“一代宗師，酒界泰斗”秦含章先生，生平及酒文化為核心，輔以仙秦酒展示售賣，及酒品鑒、培訓(xùn)，餐飲會(huì)所為一體的綜合空間。承襲秦含章精神，倡導(dǎo)科學(xué)飲酒、微醺人生的生活方式，為懂酒、愛酒人士搭建一個(gè)品鑒好酒、分享酒知識(shí)、傳播酒文化的交流平臺(tái)。
Xian Qin HuiQin Hanzhang Alcohol Culture Experience Center is located within the second ring road of Beijing, on top of the capital city of China. The center is designed to showcase and experience the life and culture of alcohol master - Mr. Qin Huanzhang, and also to deeply experience "great master of the generation and the great leader of the alcohol world". The center is also supplemented by the display and sale of Xian Qin alcohol, alcohol tasting and training, and a catering club. The centre is inheriting the spirit of Qin Hanzhang.
